Electronic Invoicing and Statements

It's no surprise that technology is transforming the world of commerce. Electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) is all the rage. MBE offers a complete range of e-invoicing, e-payment and e-document exchange services.

Our unique Point of Sale system allows instant, comprehensive e-invoicing of all services MBE provides.  This is ideal for solicitors, architects, accountants and other professionals providing client bill-back. No longer do you have to wait until the end of the month to render your clients bill-back invoices. Now the bill-back can be accomplished almost instantly, improving your cash-flow and accounting paperwork.

The paperless office has long been the dream of innovative, forward thinking accounting and financial professionals. Certain innovations such as MBE's e-invoicing, are bringing this dream closer.

E-invoicing is the delivery of invoices, over the Internet, to a customer’s accounts payable department in electronic format. No paper is received—although the invoice can be printed at any time—and your accounts
payable department can then forward the invoice, via e-mail, to whoever needs to approve it. The information is then also available, without further keying, to be housed on a network for data retrieval. If it is combined with electronic payments, the information is then forwarded back (without rekeying!) to the vendor.

Why Is Electronic Invoicing Attractive?

In addition to the elimination of mountains of paper, accounts receivable professionals like electronic invoicing because:

  • It eliminates mistakes due to rekeyed information.
  • There are "fears" about the mail.
  • It makes the workflow to route invoices for approval a "no-brainer".
  • It improves cash flow
  • It reduces costs
  • It's simpler and faster
  • It makes it difficult for others to blame "the mail" for their own shortcomings in processing paper.
